RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, you can return one or more items within 14 days from the delivery date. The terms and instructions on the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL are published on the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE ONLINE. Below you will find a brief operational explanation, which does not replace what is reported on the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALE page and what is expressly accepted at the time of order completion.
RETURNS POLICY
You can return your purchase by making a return request within 14 days of receiving the order.
The products must be returned intact (including the identification tag which must not be removed), unused, in the original packaging as an integral part of the product and inside the package with any accessories.
We also recommend that you do not wear or modify the items purchased in any way because returned items will not be accepted that are not in the same condition in which you received them.
Please also note that the return costs are charged to the customer, the reimbursement is to be considered relative to the purchase price of the garment excluding shipping costs.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS IN ITALY ARE FREE UP TO ALL PURCHASES OVER € 70.00 (EXCLUDING WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS)
BEFORE YOU MAKE
Before sending the goods, check that:
The security seal is attached to the item and intact.
All labels, fabric or pendants, are attached and intact.
Each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally sent to you and that it is neatly packed.
Each returned item must not have been worn and / or washed and / or ironed and / or treated in any way.
The original box is considered an integral part of the product and therefore must be returned intact, without signs, writings or deformations that could compromise its resale. For this reason, in no case can the original box not be used as the only external packaging for shipping but must in turn be packed in such a way as to protect the goods.
The package containing the return must be physically delivered to the courier within 14 days from the date of issue of the label.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST
Write to info@butcher-bros.com expressing your intention to return or exchange goods. Indicate name, surname and order number, you will be contacted by our staff to help you with the procedures. The costs for the return shipment are always charged to the customer.
In the case of a multiple order, clearly indicate the product you intend to return.
REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
As soon as the returned product is delivered to our warehouse, it will be subjected to a check to ensure that the conditions for making the return have been met. The refund procedure will be started immediately after acceptance of the return and you will be informed via email of the refund.
ButcherBrothers reserves the right not to accept the return (and therefore to send the product (s) back to the customer and not make any refund) in the event that the return conditions are not respected or to make a partial refund in the case of an ascertained decrease in value of the asset.
Refunds will be made with the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs are excluded from refunds.
Actual repayment times may vary depending on the payment system.
