PAYMENTS

It is possible to pay with the international electronic payment system PayPal, by credit card (also via PayPal without the need for registration) or bank transfer.

PAYMENT: PAYPAL
If you already have a PayPal account, identify yourself with your e-mail and password and confirm the payment. The Client’s financial information will never be disclosed to the seller. PayPal is a secure form of payment that protects your purchases. encrypts and protects the card number and offers professional assistance on orders.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
The Customer provides his bank card number, together with its expiry date and CVV code.

PAYMENTS BY BANK TRANSFER (for DEALERS only)
To pay by bank transfer, the customer must select “bank transfer” and confirm the order. An email will be sent to the Customer with the bank details and a summary of the order amount, including a unique transaction number to be specified to the bank at the time of the transfer. The order will be prepared once the bank transfer is received by the seller (the customer will have to wait about 4 working days, depending on the interbank times).

SHIPMENT
The shipment of the order takes place after its completion and the time necessary for the preparation of all the goods ordered.

The time necessary to receive the goods is therefore given by the completion of the order + processing and shipping + delivery to the customer.

The completion of the order is obtained through payment by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer, in any case the customer will have to wait for the funds to arrive. If the products are all available, the shipment (i.e. the delivery of the package to the express courier) normally takes place within 24/48 hours (one / two working days) following the completion of the order (this means crediting the funds relating to the payment) .

If, on the other hand, the products indicated provide for availability with days necessary for the supply of the warehouse, the shipment will take place only after all the products are present in our warehouse (for example if one item is available immediately and the other is available 7 days, you will have to wait 7 days for the supply of the item, then the order will be prepared and shipped).

If there are special needs of urgency, it is possible to indicate this in the notes when ordering we will try to do everything possible to satisfy you.

MODE
The shipment is made in an ‘anonymous’ form: there are no references on the envelope / package to the site to prevent the theft of the goods and to keep the contents secret in case of gift.

FORWARDERS
The shipping service is entrusted to the EXPRESS COURIER who will deliver the package in 24/48 hours (excluding holidays, islands and disadvantaged areas).
